SOUP SUNDAY
A weekly gathering of friends for soup
End the old week and meet a new one
Soup Sunday sees the transition from one week to the next with candles, conversation and a (hopefully) good bowl of soup
It begins at 7pm every Sunday (and, occasionally, a Monday instead - in which case it becomes Soup Sunday Monday)
Below are the Soup Sunday soups from every Soup Sunday so far. The recipes are generally used as a rough reference, rather than prescriptive guide. Most soups usually start with a soffritto mix (if this isn’t already in the recipe).
Happy souping :)
